On April 12, IOM Moldova has completed the official cross-border handover of the 83 pallets of humanitarian aid donated by Pompiers de l'urgence Internationale (PUI), consisting of blankets, medical care supplies, childcare items, toys and clothes as well as hygiene items. The last batch of 51 pallets was handed over to the Ukrainian NGO, “Faith, Hope, Love”, following coordination with Moldovan and Ukranian border authorities. The final beneficiaries of donated items are the people in need from the placement centres in Ukraine.
NGO “Faith, Hope, Love” Representative: Now more than 10,000 IDPs live in Odessa. This dictates new challenges for us. We need to provide them with housing, food, hygiene products, clothing and medicine. We can reach about 10,000 people who will receive assistance from this humanitarian convoy. Thank you for your support.
