1. International Organization for Migration invites interested eligible Suppliers to submit Quotations for the supply and delivery of the specialized equipment for hearing room as described in attached requirements.
Prices shall be quoted in MDL or USD with VAT 0%, acc. to the GD 246 of 08.04.2010. (In case other currency is offered, the comparison of offers will be based on the prevailing IOM rate of exchange (link to the website with rates https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php ).

Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form, Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer and Technical Specification Form, by the method and by the date and time indicated. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
